Lance Flood, Ph.D. is the President & CEO of Tennessee Valley Ministries. He is a graduate of Liberty University with a B.S. in Religion, M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy, M.A. in Addictions and Recovery Counseling, and a Ph.D. in Pastoral Counseling. His doctoral dissertation was entitled, The Implementation of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as an Integrated Model Within a Christian Counseling Environment. Dr. Flood also holds Graduate Certificates from Liberty in the areas of Executive Leadership and Pastoral Counseling. He is the President and founder of the North America Christian Counselors Association and has utilized his counseling expertise for such organizations as The 700 Club, Family Dynamics Institute, and as a chaplain for a large regional corporation. In addition to his practice, he has traveled extensively across North America helping to develop counseling teams through his unique program which is offered both on-site, as well as online via live, interactive video. He also possesses a background in music ministry, having released several albums and traveled with the renowned Christian vocal group, Acappella. He currently resides with his family in Kentucky where he serves as pastor of Wooton First Baptist Church.
