Our program features a cognitive-behavioral approach through eight weekly online counseling appointments with Dr. Lance Flood and includes a variety of clinical assessments, session exercises, and weekly homework assignments to place your new skills into practice. ABOUT YOUR COUNSELOR

Lance Flood, Ph.D. is the President & CEO of Tennessee Valley Ministries. He is a graduate of Liberty University with a B.S. in Religion, M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy, M.A. in Addictions and Recovery Counseling, and a Ph.D. in Pastoral Counseling. His doctoral dissertation was entitled, The Implementation of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as an Integrated Model Within a Christian Counseling Environment. Dr. Flood also holds a Graduate Certificate from Liberty in the area of Executive Leadership. He is the President and founder of the North America Christian Counselors Association and has utilized his counseling expertise for such organizations as The 700 Club, Family Dynamics Institute, and as a chaplain for a large regional corporation. In addition to his practice, he has traveled extensively across North America helping to develop counseling teams through his unique program which is now offered exclusively online. He currently resides with his family in Tennessee where he also serves as a Pastor.
