Tennessee Valley Ministries was founded by Dr. Lance Flood in 2013 as Tennessee Valley Pastoral Counseling, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. It has now grown to include the following distinct divisions:

TENNESSEE VALLEY PASTORAL COUNSELING continues to provide professional, affordable counseling services nationwide via secure online video at at a reduced cost. Each counselor also commits 25% of their work load to pro bono services for clients experiencing financial hardship. Once that reaches capacity, those remaining are placed a waiting list. Nevertheless, no individual is turned away due to a lack of financial resources.

TENNESSEE VALLEY MINISTRY INSTITUTE features short-term and cost-effective certified programs in practical care ministry disciplines which can be completed conveniently online via live, interactive video. We currently offer certificate programs in the areas of Christian Coaching and Christian Counseling. TENNESSEE VALLEY CHRISTIAN MEDIA features Christian performing ensembles who represent our ministry at various events. These include Full Pardon, a contemporary Christian a cappella group, and EXALT, a praise and worship quartet. If you'd like to host one of our artists for an event, please visit the Christian media section. We also offer a free and effective fundraiser for youth groups.
